In the beginning of the eighties, Stephan Schrauwen joins his father’s hobby: restoration of old-timers.
At the age of 15, Stephan restores his first classic car all by himself. And from the moment he has his driving licence, Stephan starts driving rallies and races.
What started out as a hobby, becomes a real passion. Stephan restores all kinds of classic cars but mostly English brands: MG, Jaguar, Austin Healy, Aston Martin, …
From the early nineties, because of the outstanding quality, he shifts his focus to German brands, mainly Porsche.
In 2013 a dream comes true when Stephan sets up STACE. His hobby, now becomes a profession.
